Swords and Ashes[]

The 'Sardinian boy' is first seen being instructed by Charon in how to kill a man while they were dispatching of gravely wounded gladiators in the spoliarium of Neapolis. He had dreams of being a gladiator and someday fighting in the Primus. He was later seen carrying the litter bearing Gaius Verres to the harbor to depart for Sicilia. Along with Charon and two others, he was set upon Spartacus and Medea to stop them from attacking Verres. During the fighting Charon told the Sardinian boy to run, while he sacrificed himself. He was later caught by Spartacus and Medea, and killed Medea, who threw herself in front of Spartacus. The boy then began swimming to the boat carrying Verres and Timarchides, and for his effort and loyalty, his throat was slit by Timarchides, and his body fell into the bay of Neapolis, the last loose end of Verres' plot was cut off.
